As an important part of the national strategic emerging industries, the fluorine material industry has important guarantee significance for other strategic emerging industries and the promotion of traditional industries to provide materials, and plays a very important role in promoting the structural adjustment and product upgrading of China's manufacturing industry. In order to better respond to the main line of the core industrial policy of "scientific and technological innovation" during the "14th Five-Year Plan", the "4th China New Materials Industry Development Conference - Fluorine Functional Materials Development Branch" co-organized by the School of Chemistry and Materials Engineering of Wenzhou University is tentatively scheduled to be held in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province from October 8 to 10, 2023. The branch will focus on the weak links of fluorine material technology, implement key core technology research projects, promote the development and application of fluorine materials, and promote the high-quality development of the fluorine material industry.
